 1. When Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted
  You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The jar arrived broken, leaking, or damaged

  • There is a verified quality issue

Timeframes:

  • Damage on delivery: contact us within 48 hours

  • Wrong or missing items: contact us within 5 days

2. When Returns Cannot Be Accepted

  • Opened or used jars

  • Improper storage (heat, sunlight, contamination)

  • Requests filed after the allowed timeframe

3. Conditions for Approved Returns

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Photos/videos of the issue may be required

4. Compensation Options
